For this video, I wanted to showcase songs by Russell Brower that evoke feelings of melancholy, especially ones with strings. I don't know how Russell does it, but he always manages to make some of the most emotive songs using just the strings. It's incredible.
Most of these songs are from World of Warcraft, but I've also included some songs from other games like StarCraft II and Arena of Valor. There's also one from Echoes of War, which is a collection of reorchestrated Blizzard music that I highly recommend checking out if you haven't.
