A rock/metal cover of Megalovania from the video game Undertale, arranged in the time signature of 12/8 (triplet feel).
This cover is heavily inspired by this arrangement of Megalovania in 6/8: youtube.com/watch?v=DoBQxJOTlMk
When I first heard it, I instantly loved it, and I thought I could put an interesting metal spin on it with some Lamb Of God styled riffs, since they just write such great stuff in triplet feel!
The song was also surprisingly tricky, since it's full of lead parts and rearranging all the melodies into groups of three makes a lot of the phrasing pretty awkward, but nothing I couldn't do!
Finally, I hope you enjoyed this cover, I thought it was a pretty interesting and fun one!
Oh, and I threw in references to 3 other Undertale songs, see if you can spot them all!
