This is the 15th meditation in a series of free guided meditations I offer on Youtube. Each session is recorded live with a class on Facebook and Instagram from around the world.

Moving the nervous system from the sympathetic state to the parasympathetic state. Accessing the vagus nerve. Simple breathing techniques and guidance provided by Justin. Included a connection to heart felt gratitude.

This is a meditation to help calm down mind and slow down a little. It is also a discussion around the triggers of anxiety and stress. Ways to assist you to moving away from anxiety and accessing the vagus nerve. Moving to the parasympathetic state.
