This was our opportunity to slowdown and reflect before we moved into an hour long discussion, which will be included in my upcoming online course.

Brian Pennie is a leading authority on neuroscience and the author of the critically acclaimed Bonus Time. Brian is a former heroin addict turned Phd lecturer in neuroscience.

The key to a tea ceremony is simplicity. Sitting together with at least one other in silence (which can be uncomfortable).

We are drinking ethically sourced organic tea from China. You can also substitute your own tea to start.

If you would like to try our tea you can check out www.livingtea.net, the founder, Colin Hudon, is a tea master and Chinese doctor. I have been buying my tea from Colin for the past 3 years.

You can find out more about Brian on BrianPennie.com.
