Yeah, I'm officially giving up on the OST order, I'm just doing whatever song I feel like at this point. Take this video as proof that this project is not dead!
I always thought that the original arrangement wanted to go for a much grander and adventurous sound than the DS sound hardware could handle, so I took some inspiration from The Law of Pajamaja from Dream Team to find a new direction for my take on this song that would still fit in with the sonic identity of the Mario & Luigi series (well, the pre-Brothership one at least) and the rest of the remix project. Apart from the obvious increase in instrument count however, this version is fairly faithful to Yoko Shimomura's composition, only making some very, very minor changes to make some sections flow a little better.
