I recently played A Hat In Time, and it isn't just an awesome 3D platformer, it even has an awesome soundtrack! This song instantly got stuck in my head, so I literally had to make something based on the Snatcher's boss battle theme!
I tried messing with 8-bit sounds and I thought I might as well upload it. It isn't perfect, but okay for a first 8-bit remix I guess? By the way, this track is authentic 8-bit and fully loyal to the limitations of the NES.
