Basically the input sensitivity test shows the minimum amount of signal needed to obtain the the rated power output (15 watts per channel continuous into 8 ohms). The signal was fed into the aux input. A 1,000 Hz sine wave signal was fed to both channels, although only one channel was measured at a time. In the video only one channel is shown. Since the service manual showed no specified frequencies for this listed specification, I had to assume a standard 1,000 Hz sine wave was used. Also, since my results were very close to the rated specifications, I could also assume the "rated power output" method was used.
