Our community partners, Angel Permito-Kaheaku & Hali Ojeil are part of Kanu Hawai‘i which started as a movement of everyday people, working to protect and promote the things that make Hawaii special. This organization strives toward change rooted in kuleana (responsibility) and a commitment to be the change. Kanu Hawaii provides tools and opportunities for people to connect with one another – to take action that builds more compassionate and resilient communities across Hawai'i.
