INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 2:27am 6-5-26
LOCATION: 7402 Calhaun Rd (Wesley Square Section 8 Housing)
AREA/CITY: Houston
DETAILS:
According to LT Pulido: At 2:27am Friday HPD received a call for a stabbing at the 7400 block of Calhaun Rd. An altercation happened between a male and female. Male victim was stabbed in his left side, carried out 100 yards from his apartment. Neighbors rendered aid for him. HFD rushed the victim to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased. Police are looking for a female suspect. No knife recovered yet. There were 3 kids in the apartment at the time of the stabbing.
According to the victim’s half sister who spoke off-camera, the victim is a 24 year old male named Travis, a father of a 3 year old, a stay at home dad. She believes the suspect who stabbed him was a female he was arguing with in his apartment, he knew her from elementary school. She was mad that he was “outside”
