6.14.26 / NYC - After the Knicks' win, thousands of fans flooded Midtown Manhattan around 34th Street and Fifth Avenue. Video captures fans vandalizing an NYPD marked patrol vehicle, smashing its front windshield with a metal barricade, and shows damage to an unmarked NYPD SUV. Officers were seen removing equipment from the damaged vehicle while crowds continued celebrating. The footage also shows fans climbing on structures and street fixtures, NYPD mounted units attempting to disperse the crowd, and multiple scenes of disorder throughout the area.
