The Audio Technica AT-LP120 is as close as many of us will get to the revered Technics SL-1200. The Audio Technica's built-in USB digital to analog converter also makes quick work of transferring vinyl to digital audio files. Being that it's one of its prominent features, it was a disappointment to learn that its usefulness in playing and transferring vinyl was rendered futile by an insoluble squealing sound and a failure to track properly.
