Nine year old Paul has been baking bread with his grandpa since he was five years old. Then he was barely tall enough to see over the kitchen counter, now he's almost twice as tall. He's stronger, too, and finds it easier to mix in the flour with the watery yeast. He enjoys "punching down the dough" and forming the loaf and the rolls for Thanksgiving dinner. It's a tradition, enjoyed by Grandpa and grandson Paul alike.
