These big Scrabble tiles are a fun and simple project. They're made of ash, though any light colored wood would suffice. The tiles are about 6" x 6" x 0.75". I used the Shapeoko 3 XXL to mill the letters and numbers. If there's enough interest, I'll look into making a video showing how to make these without CNC milling.
The letter font is News Gothic and the number font is Osaka. I used black acrylic paint and applied two coats. The tiles can stand up on their own or be hung on the wall. The three holes on the back of each tile allow you to hang the tile straight or crooked, leaning left or right. The finish is a spray lacquer.
