This little squiggle is about 24" x 7" x 2" and made of solid ash. A master template was cut on the CNC to get the initial shape. From there, each piece is glued to together and flush trimmed from the previous piece. This extruded profile method can be used in a variety of ways, even if you don't have a CNC router handy.
