![The Missionarys Downfall [Recipe]
If you ordered this cocktail at Don the Beachcomber in the 1940s, would you order it again? Lets see if I would.
To make the Missionarys Downfall:
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz peach liqueur
I oz honey mix
I oz light rum
1/4 cup diced fresh pineapple
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, tightly packed
3/4 cup crushed ice
Put everything in a blender. Blend at high speed for 15-20 seconds. Pour into a footed pilsner glass or into two coupes. Garnish with the tip of a mint sprig, placed in center of drink.
