As we continue The Breezeway Cocktail Cruise of the Caribbean, we stop off at Gran Cayman to visit Gran Cayman Spirits Distillery. We drank SO much rum. After that we went to their own ocean-side tiki bar, Gran Tiki!

If you ordered this cocktail at Don the Beachcomber in the 1940s, would you order it again? Lets see if I would.
To make the Missionarys Downfall:
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz peach liqueur
I oz honey mix
I oz light rum
1/4 cup diced fresh pineapple
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, tightly packed
3/4 cup crushed ice
Put everything in a blender. Blend at high speed for 15-20 seconds. Pour into a footed pilsner glass or into two coupes. Garnish with the tip of a mint sprig, placed in center of drink.

To make the Big Bamboo:
½ oz fresh lime juice
½ oz orange juice
½ oz grapefruit juice
½ oz passion fruit syrup
½ oz dark jamaican rum
I oz gold Cuban rum or Bacardi 8
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Put everything in a blender and blend at high speed for exactly 5 seconds. Pour into a bamboo mug or tall glass.
