If you ordered this cocktail at the Mai Kai in Fort Lauderdale, would you order it again? Lets see if I would.
To make the Big Bamboo:
½ oz fresh lime juice
½ oz orange juice
½ oz grapefruit juice
½ oz passion fruit syrup
½ oz dark jamaican rum
I oz gold Cuban rum or Bacardi 8
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Put everything in a blender and blend at high speed for exactly 5 seconds. Pour into a bamboo mug or tall glass.
