Here is the third track from our new EP, Houseplant Music.
And this is a make believe peak at how we thought we could make it.
We were stuck inside for a while like everyone else.
At first that led to a lot of ambient melodies, but I have a feeling everyone's inboxes are already overflowing with all that. So, we tried to think of another way to make tracks in this environment.
I guess these are songs for when you feel like a houseplant that only gets to see the world from a windowsill.
Hopefully before too long they'll all take on a totally different meaning and we'll see you all in the park.
Until then, hope you stay safe.

We recorded this new sample pack with 150 homemade percussive sounds to help you make homemade beats.
There are Ableton, Kontakt and OP-1 patches alongside all of the individual sample files too.
You can plug the wav files into any other DAW or even an SP-404 too.
I can imagine a lot of these sounds working well on chill beats, or layered over more standard percussion in electro tracks to give them more texture. Hopefully they can help your beats feel like home.
