“I made this track within the arc of two days in my studio in Ibiza. Came together like dat! It draws inspiration from that golden-era hip-hop energy (think A Tribe Called Quest) but with a fresh, modern edge. I never sent any music to Jamie before until he started playing ‘U Don’t Want This’, which helped define my musical style a bit more.
