London-based DJ/producer Sidney Charles is back on Hot Creations with his latest three-track EP ‘Low End Theory’, set for release on 14th March. This marks Charles’ third release on Jamie Jones’ imprint, following his label debut in 2015 alongside Santé with ‘Forever’, and his recent remix of Black Hawks of Panama and Bisi’s ‘Nobody But
You’.
The EP begins with ‘Disco Bumping,’ a slick House cut that blends Aleya Mae’s lush vocals with Sidney’s warping sonic textures and immersive synth work. The title track, ‘Low End Theory,’ ushers in a deep, hypnotic state with its minimal, brooding groove and relentless bass that anchors the vibe.
