A1: Chest Flye / Unrolling Flye - 2-3 x 10-15r (3-2-1-0)
A2: Prone Shoulder Raise CQI - 2-3 x 30-60s
This video 2 techniques that when combined are great at improving flexibility of the chest and pec. This is the use of a combo of chest flyes, unrolling flyes and end range strength with rear delt and trap 3 raises. All in all this combo is a great loaded stretch and active strengthening of the traps, rhomboids and rear delts.
