As the original YouTube Lloyd post says... Best Meteorologist Ever! I fondly remember Lloyd as the zany weatherman at NYC's own WOR Ch9 during the 80s. He's a broadcast original in a sea of blandness and conformity. I'm told that member of the WOR viewing audience loved him or hated him, yeah I'm in the former.
