This is raw footage from the Rap Machine Music video. I'm guessing these kids roll friends of Ecstasy and Jalil who are spectators were kind of her jewelry for a Contest or throwdown about to merits of the rapping robot. I really loved everything about early hip-hop, and it makes me want to share any artifact from the way new York city youth look then, this is 1983.
