Tonight we are going LIVE again for Comet 10P/Tempel.

Last night, we captured real telescope images of this faint Manhattan-sized periodic comet, and tonight we are going back for another live telescope hunt. I’ll show the real images we captured, explain what we are seeing, and then try to bring you live views of Comet 10P/Tempel if the sky, tracking, focus, and brightness cooperate.

This is not a bright naked-eye comet — this is a real telescope challenge. We will be hunting a faint greenish comet moving through a crowded star field, and I’ll share the live process with you as we try to catch it again.

Join me, my fellow Rayliens and Cosmic Ray people, as we watch the sky together, look at the real data, compare the images, and see whether Comet 10P/Tempel shows up live tonight.
