Here we start Rule 9 (Assume that the person you are listening to might know something you don't) in Jordan B. Peterson's "12 Rules for Life: An Antidote to Chaos."

The first section is mostly devoted to a previous client who had a ... bad experience... and Peterson's methods of helping her.

Some comments:
(1) I realized after finalizing this that CV doesn't necessarily mean the same thing outside the US. I believe it tends to have the same meaning in Canada, but I'm not 100% sure on that. Here in the US, CV is not interchangeable with resume. Apologies in advance for any confusion.
(2) Also on the topic of word choices: I do know and try to be sensitive to the 'victim' vs 'survivor' debate. To be consistent with Peterson and other researchers' phrasing throughout the video, I tend to also use the word 'victim.'
(3) This is going to become a standard note on these videos, but: my Peterson impression is the best I can do. It's to help people listening know when direct quoting is happening. If you can suggest someone who would do it better for free, I'm all ears.
(4) Edit to add: Elmo is everywhere because Peterson hates Elmo, and this section made me angry with Peterson.
