Part 1 of a platform-driven two-parter, ooh, exciting.
I wanted to talk about the movie TÁR as I saw a fair bit of overlap for how power dynamics play out in higher ed. To do that I felt I needed a summary of the movie, which has been tricky business with this platform. To make sure the discussion can happen at all, my video's getting split in twain, as the recap-in-sufficient-detail-for-later-discussion is the harder part on this here platform.
So. This video contains my review of the movie as well as relatively objective discussion of the movie's plot to setup what we cover in Part 2.
