Ingredients:
Melt together :
1 stick of butter
1 cup brown sugar
Pour over:
2 cups crushed Rice Chex cereal
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
Reserve 3/4 cup crumbs.
Press remaining crumbs into a 13×9 baking pan.
Spread 1/2 gallon softened vanilla ice cream on top of the crumb mixture.
Cover with reserved crumbs and place back in freezer to re-harden.
Enjoy.
