Do not do Candlemass if you want to stack Demonflame. To maintain more Demonflame stacks I include Life Regen in my search string. You can reset your Demonflame stacks by respawning at a checkpoint in the Campaign. Link Second Wind support so you can reenter Demonform once you want to leave it due to having too many Demonflame Stacks. Demonflame gives Increased Spell Damage per stack. The %value increases at certain Level Thresholds.

After you get Leap Slam you can use that skill to stun and move Rolling Slam Support Gems to Leap Slam.
Once you get the node Ancestral Artifice you can pivot to Shockwave Totems
Then you have following gem setup:
Shockwave Totem - Overabundance - Brutality - Martial Tempo
Shield Charge - Stomping Ground - Fire Infusion/Ingenuity
Infernal Cry - Premeditation
Leap Slam - Overpower (only for movement)
Resonating Shield can also be used for breaking armour and gaining Rage

Shockwave Totem uses its own weapon so I advise stacking additional Levels to Melee Skill Gems.
You can get that Affix on your Amulet, Gloves and Weapon. I would also look for a shield with a high armour value since Shield Charge damage scales off how much Armour your shield has.

*Resistances*
For Act 1 you want Cold Resistance. In Act 2 you want Lightning Resistance for the final Act 2 Boss. If you do the Elemental Offering (Act 2, Buried Shrines) you can choose a Topaz/Ruby/Sapphire Ring. Vendors can also sell Resistance Rings. If you do not have enough Resistance Rings I would consider gambling for one at the Vendor (Risu at Act 2, Alva at Act 3) if you have sufficient Gold. The Act 3 Boss will cause all 3 Elemental Damage types, but prioritise getting high Lightning Resistance. You can socket Glacial/Desert/Storm to get 12% Cold/Fire/Lightning Resistance.
