Today we’re at the Gulf Coast Big Rig Show in Biloxi, Mississippi—and this one turned out to be something special. We popped the doors open on the Scania, lifted the cab, and let folks get up close and personal with what’s under the hood. Almost every single person climbing in and out had that unmistakable southern swagger—think South Mississippi and Louisiana… maybe even full-on Cajun!
But the highlight? Two veteran Peterbilt 352 cabover drivers—guys who’ve been behind the wheel of classic American rigs for decades—got their very first look at the Scania. From the modern cab layout to the V8 engine, they were completely blown away by how far things have come since the ’70s.
