New and improved Lifedoo grill. Upgraded to stainless steel and made improvements for the grate, cross bars and ash containment! Kept the compact travel size!
Grill:
• Lifedoo Floy Fire.
• Why is it named "Floy Fire"? We highly appreciate FEEDBACK of every user and try to LEARN and catch up with Predecessors. Since we always hold the belief-EVERY USER IS OUR DESIGNER, we developed new version (Floy Fire) to solve problems from OLD (Prima). We hope Your outdoor camping experience will become more interesting.
• Dimensions: Packed Size – 52 x 30.5 x 8.5cm: Weight: 17.3lbs (7.8kg)
• Material: Stove Body-Stainless steel Material. Barbecue Net-304 Food Grande Stainless Steel. Cooking Area: 43.5*24cm;
• Fuel: Firewood or Charcoal
• In the box: Fire Pit; 304 Grilled Net/Ground Protector; Extra Support Bar 2pcs (3mm); Storage bag.
Cook:
• Started with two Ribeye steaks from the Grocery Store.
• Coated the skewers with Pit Patriots Hickory BBQ Rub.
• Filled the Lifedoo with Kingsford charcoal and used a fire starter.
• Once hot, put the ribeye steaks on the grill.
• Turned a few times and once they looked done pulled them off.
• Let them rest for about 10 minutes before digging in.
Summary: The grill worked out great and should be in every car for the weekend trip or vacation. Built very solid and the improvements were fantastic. The fire you have in this will always run hot, but that works perfect for coffee, tea, cast iron breakfast, searing steaks, hamburger, hot dogs, etc..
The Ribeyes turned out nice. I would have liked the fire to be hotter, but that was my fault, we were doing other things and I let the charcoal go too long.
