Although a dark topic, mental health issues and suicidal thoughts are at all time shockingly high statistics amongst people In Britain , with so little being done to address the situation . It is estimated that over 20 million people never speak of their mental health issues in the UK , and reports were that in the last year, over 3.5 million have had thoughts of suicide with the economic crisis so many are suffering..
I return today to a song I wrote for all those who struggle with their mental health..
