95 Windows is exactly the type of secret level you think it is: a play on the name of the most advanced Microsoft operating system and a level with a lot of windows, all of which must be shattered in the name of heroic vandalism.
This level isn't just a silly name, however. It has quite a bit of challenge to it and it's another place that you can access all three of the Developer Balls so long as you're prepared to backtrack from the very end of the level. But enough about that, let's engage in some HEROIC VANDALISM!
...Oh, and we'll defeat El Oscuro while we're at it, I GUESS.
