In a strangely strategic move after our loss to the Shinsengumi, our Anti-Shogunate heroes have taken up refuge in Kyoto, a region primarily affiliated with the Pro-Shogunate. So it's the last place they'd look, right? What we're going to make our main goal at this point is the removal of any purple influence, accomplishable by taking down fugitives, discovering new landmarks, and winning hearts and minds. That was in order of occurrence, we're probably going to SEE hearts and minds more than we win them.
