Most practitioners think handstands are about strength. But strength alone can actually hold you back.
Strength and technique work together. Too much strength without proper alignment can create compensations and reinforce inefficient movement patterns. Too much focus on technique without the strength to support it can leave you feeling stuck, unable to find stability when you need it most. A sustainable handstand practice develops both at the same time.
Throughout the Handstand Training Series, we’ll work on building the strength, coordination, and technical understanding that allow the practice to evolve with consistency and control.
The goal isn’t just getting upside down. It’s learning how to move with intelligence once you’re there.
