GHM On-Demand takes the core concepts of The Galen Hooks Method & makes them available to you anytime, anywhere.
Many of you have never been able to make it to an intensive - now, I’m meeting you in your home!
This platform is more than another collection of online dance tutorials – it's the culmination of countless late nights turning the past 7 years of intensives into accessible video lessons. It’s a labor of love, entirely self-produced.
The lessons feature GHM Alum - you'll see yourself reflected in their diverse ages, backgrounds, & experiences. They're living proof that dance has no limitations, no expiration date.
We'll be rolling out new lessons throughout the year! I love hearing your feedback, so please feel free to let us know what other lessons you want & how we can improve your experience.
