With VirtualBox 6.1.16 and FreeDos 1.2 the hologlitch doesn't seem to work but the zoom glitch does. With nested paging on some wierd physics happen, the platform moves fast, you go up when falling while zoomed, etc. Done with a AMD Ryzen 3900X if it matters.
