Middle of the day; sunny; bright. Able to pick up laser within approximately a 23 cm diameter beam spread.

I was just experimenting with equipment I had to see if it was possible to use a Class IIIa laser in broad daylight to verify a "forced straight line" over a distance of 400m. Publishing it just for fun.
