LaGuardia workers discovered a sinkhole developing just of runway 4/22 at the airport which has resulted in the closure of that runway. Flights are delayed as the workers deal with the sinkhole. This is the same runway that a regional jet collided with an emergency vehicle that resulted in the death of both pilots.
