The NTSB has opened the public docket on the January 2025 Learjet 55 medevac crash in Philadelphia, and it points to a pitch trim setting well outside the required range at the moment of impact. The docket also flags a paperwork error over which FAA rule actually governed the flight, and a pattern of prior fatal accidents at the operator that regulators appear not to have been tracking closely.
