Here I sit down to review the 200th Anniversary limited editions of Lagavulin 8 year (96 proof), and cask strength 12 year (115.4 Proof). They both were released in 2016, and the 8 retailed around $55-65 here in Texas, and the 12 year ran $125-$150.
As of 11-15-2016, my current bottle count is approaching 2,400. I am a Certified Specialist of Spirits and have also been certified by the Tequila Regulatory Council (CRT). I've been actively collecting for the last two decades and what started as a small basic home bar has transformed (with the help and understanding of my wonderful wife) into what I think is a pretty nice collection.
