Unlike the first two stones which had one really high defense and one low one, this one has equal DEF and MND, except both are only middlish, so both direct and magic attacks will work pretty well. Add in the fact that you should have a lot of NTR attacker available at this point, and it's pretty prone to falling apart even harder than the two you've fought so far.
