I fought this at average level 340 instead of at 0.9x. Eh, it's still like 5% lower than the challenge level and I don't have the benefit of extra library levels and skill points.
The key point of this fight is that this thing has very low resistance to all debuffs and non-disabling ailments, but if you inflict any of those, every two turns it'll reflect them back with Karmic Retribution. So you'll have to fight this battle without inflicting anything... or so one may think at first, but Karmic Retribution is rather weak with heavy debuffs on and has a long delay, which combined with heavy SPD debuff means that it'll also take quite a while to get a turn, so just going ham with debuff and some ailment is also not a bad way to fight this, and that's the route I went with. Since I need Suika to inflict debuffs, I chose to use Mystia as my main damage dealer for the fight.
