Don't use deva stance.
So there are basically two things to beware of this battle. On first turn Yuuka and Medicine will both use a spell card (Yuuka will use Gensokyo's Reflowering; Medicine will use either Into Delirium or Gassing Garden), then Yuuka will repeat every 3 turns while Medicine will repeat every 2 turns. Both are earth-elemental so Alice using Spectral Mystery can cover these pretty well, or you can try passing resistance accessory/armors around. The other thing is that Medicine will try to inflict a lot of poisons, which can be stopped pretty easily by Sanae using Serpent Barrier. Aside form poison Medicine also got a couple moves that inflict "gas poison", which is actually a variety status that reduces evasion and action speed, and gave me some grief in this fight because it kept canceling out Youmu's deva stance (and causing me to fumble in-battle trying to figure out what happened to her attacks because I forgot what it does). But honestly as long as you can protect against poison and Gensokyo's Reflowering, the battle's pretty dead simple. Yuuka is weak to thunder while Medicine is not weak to anything, but she's a tsukumogami so Imitation Slayer and Crowbar work well on her (don't give them to Nitori, though, since elemental chasers don't apply slayer).
Trivia: even if Alice has a spear equipped and hasn't invested all the way to spear 16 (letting her wield them one-handed), she can still use all her shield skills as well as keep usage of her skill if she uses Remote Sacrifice.
