A day after the concert in San Francisco, Kraftwerk played in Los Angeles at the Hollywood Palladium. The security was strict which is why there is no photo of this performance, so, I chose a photo with a close-up of Fritz from a later concert, performed in Detroit on June 11th, 1998. Luckily, there is a recording of the Los Angeles gig which was previously barely circulated.
Their performance this time was clean and flawless compared to the last four concerts and Florian's handheld instrument had gotten fixed. After the concert, they were heading towards the heart places of house and hip hop, Chigaco and Detroit.

While the recording has a high frequency range, its sound is flat and there are brief distortions in Tour De France which I tried to suppress. I increased the middle- and high frequencies to give the audio more depth and clarity. Like in any other recording of Kraftwerk concerts since 1990, the bass has been strengthened as well. Sadly, parts of Airwaves are missing.
