This is the final chapter of Zero's Storyline. After rescuing Rhinne, he finally defeats the guy with glasses. This allows him to awake as a true Transcendence and frees him from Mirror World, allowing him to gain EXP from monsters in Maple World.
That's probably also why Rhinne suddendly becomes a normal girl NPC after this quest. She might have given all her powers to Zero.
