A blue K-Mart branded box fan made by Lakewood, probably in the latter 1980s. Most of these that show up around here have broken grilles and are very dirty. So, yes, this one is in "remarkable" shape by comparison.
Considering that McMillan Electric is still very much in business, they'd probably be willing to make motors for box fans if only some fan manufacturer cared enough to cater to a market desperate for a quality electric fan.
