Another inefficient algorithm for estimating pi is demonstrated. Here done by what appears to be a kiwi hitting a 3-4-5 triangle in which a circle of radius 1 actually fits perfectly well. The fraction of hits on the circle versus the whole triangle should then converge slowly (by sqrt(number of points)) to pi/6 thus enabling an estimate of pi. This way of estimating pi is well known. Usually people do this estimation by a square and a circle though.
