INGREDIENTS:
7 g Packet Dried Yeast
500 g Strong White Flour
8 g Salt
10 ml Olive Oil
310 ml Water
500 ml Passata
250 g Mozzarella
150 g Grated Cheese
Fresh Basil Leaves Chopped
Ham
Mushrooms
Peppers
Olives
Tomatoes
Pineapple
Pepperoni
STEP 1: MIX INGREDIENTS:
Place the flour and salt into a large bowl and make a well in the center.
STEP 2: FORM THE DOUGH:
In a small jug, mix together the yeast, water and olive oil. Pour into the flour well and slowly combine until it begins to form a dough.
STEP 3: KNEAD THE DOUGH:
Remove the dough from the bowl and knead for about five mins. Then place back in the large bowl and cover. Leave for approx. one hour.
STEP 4: BAKE THE PIZZA BASES:
Break dough into even sized balls and begin to form the pizza bases depending on how deep you want them.
STEP 5: DECORATE AND TOP YOUR PIZZAS:
Add a thin layer of passata on top of each base and then the toppings of your choice.
STEP 6: COOK AND ENJOY:
Cook for five to ten minutes at 200 degrees or until golden and crispy.
