It's time for the next instalment of our brand new Kenwood's Rising Stars series and this week, junior ambassador, Zak Travess joined Michelin-starred chef and culinary legend, Angela Hartnett, MBE in the kitchen to whip up two incredible Italian dishes.
It's lucky that Zak is such a huge fan of pasta as, under Angela's guidance, he made two incredible dishes: fresh tagliatelle with girolle mushrooms and a simple, flavourful gnocchi cacio e pepe.
Angela certainly made Zak work for his food and enabled him to perfect the art of fresh pasta - the concentration on his face was pretty intense.
What a wonderful journey they took together - and who knows... could we see Zak as the next Angela Hartnett protégée?
