I needed to test a home machine to take on the road with me for the holidays to sew some drapes for a family member. I decided to fire up the camera and capture my testing of the Kenmore 19233 machine. As of this date there are a very limited number of these machines available. It is the same model as the Janome DC5100 for a couple of hundred dollars less. I really like the feel of this machine. I've hemmed old thick Levis Jeans with it successfully as well. It is a real workhorse home sewing machine. Plus, it will sew lighter weight knits successfully as well.
I used a size Singer 18 Heavy Duty Needle.
